Since it is March 1, I like to begin by writing a vision for the month. To do this, look at your goals or resolutions for the year. Then visualize the end of the month arriving and write down the joyful things you’d like to see take place as well as movement forward on your goals for this month. Write down your vision in paragraph form and re-read at least once/week. You’ll be amazed when the end of the month comes and you’ve achieved the vision. You can also test out this technique in weekly format.
